You have a 14-day right of return from the day your order is received.

You must pay return shipping costs unless you exchange for a different size - in this case I offer free shipping both ways.

You can choose to exchange, get your money back, or a credit card.

Problems with support?

This may be because you ordered a top that is too large. If it fits loosely around the chest/body, we recommend exchanging it for a smaller size for free. Create this in the portal.

Read this before returning

Your return or exchange will not be accepted if:

  1. The 14-day return period has expired.
  2. The item was not packaged properly and was damaged during transport.
  3. The item is not in original condition, e.g. with traces of perfume, makeup, or smoke odor.
  4. Hangtags have been removed or damaged.

If the item is rejected upon delivery, shipping and return shipping costs will be charged.

Not received your order?

You will find your tracking number in the email we send when your order has been shipped.

If you have not received a shipping email: You have most likely placed a pre-order for an item that is currently out of stock.

Please check your order confirmation and the product page - it will indicate whether the item is a pre-order or sold out.

The advantage of pre-ordering is that you automatically receive the item as soon as it is back in stock – often before the official restock, where the item can quickly sell out again.

Have you regretted or want to change your order so that it can be shipped immediately?

Write to support@tryless.dk and we will be happy to help you cancel or exchange it for free for another color or style so that it can be shipped immediately. Or let you know when your order will be shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Wrong email address?

We cannot change your email address once you have placed an order, but our customer service can help you resend it to the correct email address.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible regarding this. If the order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address for you.

How do I use my gift card?

Upon receipt of a gift card, it can be used within a period of up to 3 years.

When you order a gift card, you will receive a personal code via email, which can be used on the payment page on our website.

You are allowed one free exchange. If you wish to make further exchanges/returns for a different style, size or product, fees will be charged for return and shipping costs.

If you have received a gift card via the portal or as a gift, this unfortunately cannot be changed to a regular refund.

I would like to cancel my order?

The order cannot be cancelled once it has been packed and shipped. If your order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled by quickly contacting support@tryless.dk

Please provide your order number and email address used for the first order.

Once we receive your return, your exchange order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Follow these steps:

Complete your return via our returns portal Click here

Pack your items securely, preferably in the same bag they were shipped in. Do not use a larger bag or box as this will incur an additional fee.

Print or write your label-less code clearly on the bag (the code is in the left corner of your label).

Drop off your return package at the nearest DAO parcel shop.

Has my return arrived?

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse.

Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return with the tracking number from your label.

I don't have a printer?

Our labels are print-free. If you select our labels in the portal, they will come with a label-less code in the bottom left corner.

You can therefore choose whether you want to print it or write the code clearly on your package.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the DAO can read your code, so make sure to write it clearly.

Complaint
  • If you have received an item that is, for example, damaged, please contact our customer service with your order number and a picture of what is wrong.
  • If you have received the wrong item/wrong size, please contact our customer service with your order number.
How does refund work?

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get your money back that you have paid to us - return shipping costs.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse.

Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return with the tracking number from your label. Click here

You will then typically receive the money back within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Refund for gift cards

If you choose this option, the full amount will be refunded and you will not have to pay for your return. If you have chosen this method, the money cannot be refunded subsequently.

You are entitled to one free exchange. For additional exchanges/returns, shipping and return shipping fees will apply.

We highly recommend that you ship you return with our label. If you have any questions or need help get in touch with our support.

Important if you ship yourself:

Remember to enclose a note with your name and order number so we can identify the shipment.

Cancellations must be reported via the portal no later than 14 days after dispatch, and returns must be made no later than 10 days after.
